The Saree that I’m draping today is a masterpiece from my very favourite @taruntahiliani I have draped the Saree in a mermaid style because there was an extra dupatta which was a part of the Saree and since she is the sister of the groom we understand there is so much running around and I didn’t want her to carry the saree in a way where her hands would be blocked….And she’s also a mother of a small little princess.. So you know when they say that, “draping main kitna hi to time lagta hain, bus do pin hi to lagana hota hai” So let me correct you, I just feel it’s not only about adding two pins it’s about knowing the person… how often she wears the Saree, what are the rituals and how much running around she has to do….Is her role the main role for the event or is she just a guest standing and posing for her pictures.... So I think while Draping I consider all these points and then I decide on what to give!!
