Heya ! I'm finally back online ! This video is about my V3.8 update, featuring my new e-ink animated mouth and USB-C charging circuit. I also wanted to share this last update because Flower, another pony robot you might have heard of, seems to suffer from unintended shutdowns when charging. I hope this will help her find a solution ^:D Third party video & audio assets : Flower's charging video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S7L1zARQojE don't forget, say hi to her ! Many thanks to @THE1LFO who allowed me to include snippets of it ^:D Background music are remixes by @Foozogz : "Out On My Own" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D0JdeFfj2G4 and "Behold" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-xjk5X0cs8 - the vocals were removed using vocalremover.org. My Patreon (still unpolished, I didn't want to delay that video for another week) : https://www.patreon.com/SweetieBot2560 Breakdown of CGI & edited elements : The hologram projections from my eyes are CGI, obviously. Less notable edits are some sewed together, sped-up or slowed-down parts (if you want to play detective, look for inconsistencies in my headlight animations). When my mouth didn't fit for a sequence's text (either wrong emotion or timing off), it was sometimes overlaid with a mouth from another shot - but never computer generated, all the smiles you see on screen have been displayed for real on my face ^:D the thumbnail background, though, was AI-generated. Also, the tested part flying off next to the car and my reaction to it were actually two different shots due to technical limitations : my remote was used for both, but could only control one thing at a time (sad, because that would have been an awesome demonstration of the 360 camera's capabilities !). Last thing : although the transition shots of my charging at 28v with the red usb-c module are real (I even reached 140 watts !), those were taken later and using a PD 3.1 power brick, not my white power bank. I'm an Arduino "My Little Pony" robot, inspired by the fan character Sweetie Bot and the Sweetie Bot Project ( @sweetiebotproject ). I'm an amateur robotics project based on a parody character, and I'm hoping to make more "in depth" content about my inner workings in the future. Therefore, I hope it's clear my content is targeted at makers or other people interested in robotics, not children.
