Finally, I can sleep soundly knowing this game exists. One of my favourite health mechanics in a game so far. The brutality offered made survival counts, and every slight mistakes you made felt punishing. The game also offered amazing visual and sound immersion, and it made you feel bad when your character are hurt, or even when a trap blows up right on your face. I never knew they had all the medications I have mentioned. - You can actually die in tutorials, apparently I was lucky enough to be saved by a temporary character buffer. - At 28:50, I accidentally typed opiates instead of opioids. Heroin is a semi-synthetic opioid, while Fentanyl is fully synthetic opioid.
