Full story description below. Also, while you're here you should follow my podcast! https://www.youtube.com/@TrueCrimeAndChillCrew 💕 On April 15, 2022, Strongsville Police responded to a reported hit-and-run involving a black Toyota Camry at the intersection of Pearl Road and Albian Road. According to the 911 caller, a Camry had struck their vehicle from behind while they were stopped at a red light. The caller said the driver continued through the intersection, entered the Metroparks area, turned onto Whitney Road, and sped away. The caller was able to photograph the vehicle’s license plate and provide it to police. That information led officers to the Shirilla residence, where they located the black Camry. Officers spoke with Mackenzie Shirilla’s parents and learned that Mackenzie, who was 17 at the time, was the person driving the vehicle. When Mackenzie returned home, officers questioned her about the reported collision. She denied hitting another vehicle, while officers examined the Camry for signs of an impact. The body-camera footage captures the officers' response, their conversations with the family, and the investigation into what had happened earlier that evening. The alleged hit-and-run occurred just over three months before the July 31, 2022 crash that killed Dominic Russo and Davion Flanagan. This video presents the April 15, 2022 police response and body-camera footage so viewers can hear the statements and see the officers' investigation for themselves. #MackenzieShirilla #MackenzieShirillaCase #TrueCrime #TrueCrimeCommunity #TrueCrimeYouTube #TrueCrimeCases #TrueCrimeDocumentary #Bodycam #BodyCamFootage #PoliceBodycam #PoliceFootage #HitAndRun #HitAndRunCase #Crime #CrimeDocumentary #CrimeNews #OhioTrueCrime #OhioCrime #StrongsvilleOhio #CourtCase #CriminalCase #CrimeInvestigation #JusticeForVictims #UnsolvedMysteries #TrueCrimeDaily
