I built a custom Claude plugin that handles all my YouTube pre-publishing work automatically — titles, description, keywords, subtitles, and a newsletter...in minutes, not hours. In this tutorial I show you exactly how to create your own Claude plugin using Cowork, no coding required. Claude plugins let you bundle multiple skills into one workflow so that one simple request kicks off everything you've been doing by hand. Whether you're a content creator automating your publishing process or a professional looking to save hours each week, Claude plugins make it surprisingly easy to build a personal AI assistant that knows your voice, your tools, and your workflow. Here's what I cover in the video: • What Claude plugins are and how they're different from regular prompts • How plugins combine multiple skills into one automated workflow • The exact setup steps I used to create my YouTube pre-publishing plugin • How to describe your problem so Claude builds the right plugin for you • How to feed Claude your voice and examples so it writes in your style • How to connect plugins to tools like Notion for automatic syncing • How to browse and install pre-built plugins if you want a head start The whole thing runs in Cowork...no setup required beyond describing what you want. *▼ ▽ JOIN THE COMMUNITY - THE PRODUCTIVE DIGITAL CREATOR* Join 20,000+ email subscribers who receive the latest tips and tutorials directly from me. ✉️ Signup is free: https://aureliustjin.com/newsletter *🌟 SOCIALS* https://instagram.com/aureliustjin https://x.com/aureliustjin WEBSITE: https://AureliusTjin.com 🧰 TOOLS & GEAR I USE: https://www.aureliustjin.com/tools 🛒 SHOP MY PRODUCTS: https://www.aureliustjin.com/shop 📅 MY YOUTUBE CONTENT PLANNER: https://aurelius.link/master ☕ BUY ME A COFFEE and get 5 BONUSES: https://aureliustjin.com/coffee *▼ ▽ MY RECOMMENDED TOOLS* 🚀 vidIQ - My secret YouTube growth tool.
