looks pretty difficult but that's because the enemies are pretty strong 250% sleipnir with 130% perfect cyclone meaning this stage is balanced around late game, high leveled units but with cyberpunk you can squeeze in a victory a bit earlier in the game. Anyways the startoff is very important in this strat you want to keep the hippoes at distance in th beginning so you can lure the gory and quickly kill him with bahamut. you also want to make sure bahamut takes out a good amount of the hippoes before dying because they are pretty strong so ramen/artist won't be able to stall a lot of them together. You want to stall 2 or more hippoes with ramen/artist, once there is one hippoes let artist/ramen die to the hippoe and proceed to stall with manic eraser which needs to be level 30 to stall the hippoe and it also requires some pretty precise timing to stall the hippoe which is the reason why I didn't bring speed up. Try to get as many out as you can this will increase your victory chances but even with only 4 cyberpunks I still managed to win. When your cyberpunks die don't give up hope proceed to stall only with erasers to manage cash for dragons. once sleipnir is out the way you can use octopus to savely but slowly take down perfect cyclone. If you have higher leveled units you can dragon stack with rich cat on the starting angels to deal a huge burst of damage to sleipnir very early after base hit meaning you won't need to cyberstack. My cyberpunk doesn't have any talenst unlocked but they do help a ton.
