For the past seven years, Seifer Kane along with his Stikbot Seiferbots have taken over the world. Things continue to get worse and worse for citizens. The food supply is running low, rations continue to dwindle, and Stikbots continue to go missing... After a tough battle, Luke and Elvis (a good seiferbot) make their way back to the base where Kate and the Professor reveal a breakthrough that could restore peace to the world. They have invented a device that when activated will set off a virus and turn off all the evil seiferbots. However, the only way it'll work is if they plug it in at the Robot Control Tower located in the center of the city. Their reunion is cut short by the villains as they infiltrate the base thanks to a seiferbot that survived the previous encounter. With their comrades all taken as prisoners, the duo must complete this task or their sacrifices will all be for nothing. As fugitives on the run, they manage to deal damage and win battles that catches the attention of Seifer Kane. However, they eventually get captured when the seiferbots have them surrounded. They attempt to fight their way out, but it falls short. They meet Seifer Kane at the control tower who let's them know they have failed and all hope is lost. Elvis is taken to the lab to be decommissioned...Thankfully, Luke refuses to give up and manages to escape from his cell by tricking the guard. He knows this is his final opportunity. It must not and can't go to waste. Luke manages to save Elvis from being brainwashed, barely in time. They team up and attempt to take over the control tower. In order to make it to the top, they'll need to defeat everyone that stands in their way. Can the last chance for Stikbots in Luke and Elvis stop Seifer Kane once and for all?
