In this very special Frankens'Teen episode, Creach and Justine visit an art museum! As Creach attemps to show Justine a different perspective on a certain painting, she just might gain a different perspective on something else entirely ... In my QnA video, I mentionned how much I love the musical 'Ordinary Days'; it's such a simple musical, but it just speaks to me so much. What does it mean to make art? What makes your art worthy of having something to say? How and what qualifies art - or anything for that matter - as beautiful? For those who have been keeping up with my Frankens'Teen fic, you know how much I adore writing anything involving Creature and Justine. They're an unlikely duo that just compliment each other so well, and as I've been slowly inching them closer to becoming more than friends (what? this is a sitcom AU, you know I was gonna throw some 'will they, won't they' in there at some point), I knew this song was the perfect opportunity to kinda hint at that while also remaining very in character for both of them; Justine's practical demeanor ultimately melted by Creach's genuine enthusiasm. Much to even her own suprise. Now, how about some BONUS TRIVIA! -All the painting in the frames are all actual paintings at the Met, including Creach's 'Apples' painting. (Although the original is titled 'Apples and Grapes' - it's a Monet). -This is my most dense animatic yet, at just around 350 frames. Most of those were dedicated to animating Justine's hair bounces. -Creach is wearing a hoodie along with his iconic Milton shirt, because I figured that in public, he likes being able to cover up a bit more. Then again, sitcom AU dictates that people aren't as horrified by him as they are just ... mildly repulsed.
