Dieser ist sehr cremig und ist außen sehr dunkel, fast schwarz gebacken, was eine einzigartige Kruste bildet und so den gesamten Kuchen zusammenhält. Im Innern ist er noch cremig, nicht durch und sehr aromatisch. Das Geheimnis des Kuchens liegt in der Backtemperatur und Backzeit – sehr heiß und kurz wird er gebacken, damit das Ergebnis perfekt wird. Der Kuchen selbst besteht nur aus 6 Zutaten und wird einfach mit einem Schneebesen verrührt – ohne Küchenmaschine und Strom, mega einfach und simpel. Das ist wohl der beste Käsekuchen, den ich je probiert habe!
