Kennedy International Airport, NY (USA) was cleared for the RNAV Zulu runway 13 left approach and then cleared to land on runway 13 left, but for some reasons the aircraft lined up for runway 13 right. Meanwhile there was a Turkish Airlines Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner on runway 13 right. They were waiting for the takeoff clearance. When the distance to the threshold was about 1 mile VIV100 initiated missed approach procedure and went around from about 500 feet. After landing the flight crew of VIVA 100 was given a phone number to call due to possible pilot deviation.
