Replacing the thyristor modules in a 1986 vintage 415V 130A servo drive. 6RA2632-6GV57, D500/130 This experienced a motor flashover overload while in use. It was still trying to run but faulting almost instantly. Two of the thyristor modules were a very bad way, breaking down under load, and others were less than perfect. Luckily there was no damage beyond the power thyristors. A full new thyristor set got it back in good working order and it is since back in service, running the spindle motor on a very large milling machine.
