This is especially important for young men trying to find purpose in a culture filled with competing messages about masculinity, money, relationships, dating, status, success, and identity. Many young men are struggling, feeling lonely, giving up, or questioning where they fit in the world. Some turn toward sigma male culture, endless self improvement, entertainment, or social media looking for an identity that gives them direction. But sometimes the better question is not simply, “Who am I?” It is, “What has been shaping who I am becoming?” My name is Ivan Alexander, and I help men in their 20s find purpose using behavioral science and Christian faith. My mission is to lead young men to Jesus, help them discover their true identity, and grow into who God created them to be. Through storytelling, behavioral insight, and conversations about culture, I attempt to inspire real lasting transformation. With hands on experience in behavioral health, I have seen how powerful environment and reinforcement can be in shaping behavior. Small patterns repeated over months and years can eventually become habits. Habits can become lifestyles. And lifestyles can become identities. That is why transformation requires more than motivation or willpower. Sometimes you have to examine the environment reinforcing your behavior, the people influencing your thinking, the content consuming your attention, and the stories you have accepted about yourself.
