Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps or the IRGC has released footage showing the hacking and capturing of a US military drone, the MQM-170. The Drone was flying over the Strait of Hormuz when the IRGC's Naval Unit detected it and intercepted it using electronic warfare. The drone was hacked into, hijacked and made to make a forced landing in Iran. Iranian soldiers were seen standing next to the drone, with one IRGC soldier even having his foot on top of the drone. One IRGC soldier was also seen opening the top hatch of the drone. The US Central Command or Centcom has called Iranian claims 'baseless' but refused to provide counter footage.
