Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash takes center stage during Paul Rodgers' all-star set, delivering the iconic blues-rock guitar solo on Free's 1970 classic "All Right Now". Cigarette in mouth and top hat in place, Slash executes soaring string bends and fluid pentatonic runs on his Gibson Les Paul. Backed by original Free bassist Andy Fraser and drum legend Jason Bonham, Slash adds a grittier, 1990s hard-rock edge to the classic Paul Kossoff guitar arrangement while singer Paul Rodgers cheers him on from the mic line. Recorded live on Sunday, August 14, 1994, at Winston Farm in Saugerties, New York, this performance took place on the main stage during the final afternoon of Woodstock '94. Assembled as part of Paul Rodgers' tour supporting his Grammy-nominated Muddy Waters tribute album, the extraordinary supergroup lineup featured former Bad Company and Free frontman Paul Rodgers, Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash, Journey guitarist Neal Schon, original Free bassist Andy Fraser, and drummer Jason Bonham performing for an audience of over 300,000 festival-goers. #Slash #PaulRodgers #Free #AllResultNow #Woodstock94 #GunsNRoses #GuitarSolo #ClassicRock #LiveMusic1994
