Running X264 slow settings is similar to running tessellation under the map -- it'll show one processor as unrealistically superior (60FPS vs. 1FPS), but provide no actual tangible benefit to the end user. There are better ways to represent the AMD CPU in a good light, like simultaneous local recording and streaming at more reasonable settings.
