Akbar and Nadira’s Untold Story । Indraprastha An Indian woman was shopping in a market when something unexpected happened that will leave you shocked. This is a story from a time when the Mughal Empire ruled large parts of India and Akbar was the emperor. During that period, Meena Bazaar was held where women came to buy things they needed. A woman named Nadira also lived during this time. It is said that she was extremely beautiful. One day, Nadira went to Meena Bazaar to buy some things, but she had no idea what was about to happen to her life. Suddenly, someone came and stood behind her. Nadira turned around, and what she saw left her shocked. It is said that Akbar sent some of his men to Meena Bazaar to look for beautiful women. These men dressed in women's clothing, visited the market, and informed Akbar about the women they found attractive. One day, Akbar's men noticed Nadira. They informed Akbar about her beauty. After that, Akbar himself dressed in women's clothing, went to Meena Bazaar, and met Nadira. Akbar was proud of his power as an emperor. He believed that no woman would dare to reject his proposal. But Nadira refused to go with Akbar because she was already married. Akbar became angry when Nadira rejected him. He then summoned Nadira's husband, Abdul Wasi, to his court and ordered him to divorce her. Abdul Wasi knew that refusing the emperor's order could lead to serious consequences. In the end, he divorced his wife and, heartbroken, left his home and went towards the Deccan region. Nadira was now alone. After that, Akbar's soldiers took her away and brought her before the emperor. Nadira had not gone to Akbar of her own free will. But during that period, it was extremely difficult for an ordinary woman to stand up against the emperor. This incident reflects the harsh reality of that era, when an ordinary woman could be helpless in the face of Akbar's power. This is said to be one of the darkest chapters of Akbar's history, yet very few people know about it, and it receives little attention in history books. It is claimed that this incident involving Akbar and Nadira is mentioned in a book written by Abu'l Fazl, Akbar's court historian. In his book, Abu'l Fazl described Akbar's attitude towards women. So, what do you think about this alleged incident involving Akbar and Nadira?
