Roast sabudana lightly on medium heat until it pops slightly and becomes light. 2. Transfer the roasted sabudana into a mixer jar and grind into a fine powder, then sieve it. 3. Blend paneer, ginger, green chillies, cumin seeds, and water into a smooth paste. 4. Take the paneer mixture in a bowl, add sabudana flour, salt, and chopped coriander leaves. 5. Knead everything together into a smooth, firm dough using only the moisture from the paneer mixture. 6. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into smooth balls. 7. Roll out each ball into a round paratha, using a small lid or cutter to trim edges into a neat circle. 8. Heat ghee on a pan and place the paratha onto it. 9. Roast on medium heat, applying ghee on both sides until golden and crisp. 10. Blend soaked dry red chillies, fresh coconut, roasted peanut powder, thick curd, sugar, and salt for the chutney. 11.
