Hello, beautiful people... I want to share something deeply personal with you today… something that happened to me when I was just 18. I had just landed my first job—young, excited, and full of dreams. I came home for some urgent work and planned to head back the very same day. But something told me to stay the night... and I did. The next day, I booked my flight for the afternoon—but it was full. Then I waited at the airport all day, hoping to catch the evening flight. No luck. Both flights were gone. And here's the thing—these weren’t regular tickets. These were crew tickets. So, no confirmation, no guarantee. My phone was at 5% battery. I didn’t have the money to buy a new ticket. I didn’t know what to do. In a panic, I called my friend in Mumbai , and they quickly booked me a bus ticket to get back. But now the problem was—how do I get from Shamshabad to Kukatpally? It’s a LONG way. Cabs like Ola and Uber were too expensive. My phone wouldn’t survive the booking. So I made a decision... A private cab. It looked decent—it had a meter, kind of like an auto. I thought, Okay, this is manageable. I’ll just reach Kukatpally, catch the bus, and forget this stressful day. But what happened next... I will NEVER forget. We had barely reached Mehdipatnam flyover and the cab driver started behaving… strange. Creepy. At first, subtle touches. Then... deliberate. Invasive. Repeated—even after I told him NO. I was frozen. My heart was racing. My brain went blank. I wanted to scream, cry, run—but I couldn’t even think. I kept telling myself: Don’t panic. Think. Do something. That’s when I had an idea. My phone was almost dead, but I tried calling the last contact on my call list—just hoping they’d pick up... They did. I couldn’t say much. But I dropped enough hints. I just needed someone to know where I was. And I think the driver realized it too. As soon as I started forcing the door open, he panicked. He kept saying, Okay okay okay—don’t do that, I’ll stop the car! And finally, he pulled over. I jumped out of that car near my friends. I didn’t look back. Every day is not your lucky day. So I’m telling you—please, be careful. Don’t assume you're safe based on where you are, what time it is, or who’s around. Because danger doesn’t wear a face. It doesn’t care about gender, age, or relationship. Sometimes, your gut is the only thing you have. And in that moment, it can save your life. So listen to it. Protect yourself first. Because no one else will do it better. Thank you for watching and if this story helps even one person stay alert, stay safe, then it’s worth sharing. Stay strong. Stay smart. And most importantly stay safe. ___________ Music: Vamos A Ver Musician: Federico y Los Pájaros Music: Cutting Kiwis Musician: Rizensun
