Watch this easy step by step restaurant style chargha recipe and make perfect crispy chicken chargha at home. #LahoriChargha #SuperChef #chickenrecipe Ingredients: Whole chicken 1.5 kg Yogurt 1/2 cup Lemon juice 3 tbsp Egg 1 Salt to taste Red chili powder 1 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Red chili flakes 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Red food color 1/4 tsp Green chili paste 2 tbsp Oil 1 tb sp Vinegar 3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Oil for frying Directions: Take one whole chicken and place deep cuts on it properly. In a big bowl add water, vinegar, ginger garlic paste and mix it well. Soak your chicken in it for 30 minutes. In a bowl mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, egg, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, food color and green chili paste. Your marination mixture is ready set aside. Take out your chicken from vinegar and marinate it with prepared mixture properly. Marinate it for 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Wrap marinated chicken in foil paper properly. In a steamer add water and let it boil. Place your marinated chicken in it. Note: if you marinate your chicken overnight then steam it for 15 to 20 minutes. And if you marinate it for 6 to 8 hours then steam it for 25-30 minutes Note: Then take the chicken out and let it cool down. Heat oil in a deep-frying pan at 180 degrees and deep fry your steamed chicken in it for 5 to 6 minutes on medium low heat. Take it out of the oil, sprinkle some chaat masala on top and serve with salad and raita. Your delicious lahori charga is ready to serve. Preparation time: 30 minutes Cooking time: 45 minutes Serving: 4-5
