Hey Guys! This is just an announcement video to answer a really commonly asked question. My Wreck This Journal videos are still some of my most highly viewed videos, and I still have a lot of people asking me to do second series. I hope that you will hear me out, and try to understand my position and where I am coming from. I would like to say that just because this is my decision, doesn't mean I think everyone should stop doing artsy stuff with their own Wreck This Journals. Of course, feel free to not care about what the author says and just do whatever you want! In a way, I would like to do that too. But honestly, there are better options for me now. I would much rather spend my time doing my Create This Book where I can freely be creative without any criticism from others or any guilt that I am going against the author's wishes. I have respect for Keri Smith and I would feel a little bit guilty completely disregarding what she says, especially when I am doing it so publicly. Also, I felt like disregarding the instructions kind of defeats the purpose of getting a book with instructions. LASTLY, I want to make a few things clear: 1.) Though I mentioned the criticism I got, I am well aware that probably 90% of the viewers really liked what I did with my journal. I did not JUST get hate for it, in fact I got an overwhelmingly positive response 2.) It is not because I can't handle the haters that I made my decision. Honestly, the criticism I got WAS annoying. It's annoying to hear people with the same criticism over and over (gets repetitive), especially when I worked so hard on it and meant no harm. BUT, the comments didn't change my desire to be creative. Please understand that my reasons for not continuing are more than just the fact that I got some criticism. If I truly believed in what I was doing, a few critical comments would not stop me.
