Robots are learning what the world looks and feels like. Powered by AI, modern intelligent machines can perform increasingly complex tasks. As companies build toward the perfect robot, we must acknowledge how we’ve gotten to where we are, and how we must conduct ourselves during the last stretch of this species-level effort. To learn more about intelligence, subscribe to our channel and check out our website at worldcontext.org #AGI #PhysicalAI #Robotics #EmbodiedAI #Superintelligence #ArtificialIntelligence #Humanoids #Automation #IndustrialAutomation #MachineLearning #TrainingData #FoundationModels #DarkFactory #Manufacturing #futureofwork ## AGI is here. It’s been here for a while, actually. At some point over the last few years, that chatbot on your phone became smarter than the sum of all humans. It can think, reason, recall, plan, & communicate. It is limited only by its form: it cannot escape your phone, nor walk this earth, nor communicate or sense the world beyond a limited scope; thus, it cannot interact with its environment in a significant manner. It is of mind but it lacks body. It is of technique but it lacks tools. Indeed, we have discovered AGI, caged it, and bless it only with just enough context to operate certain tasks. Human laboratories operate across a frontier of access-provisioning. All meaningful strides toward AGI over the past decade have been applications and protocols that grant certain accesses or permissions to existing infrastructures. We keep giving them tools. The transformer-based large reasoning model has proven itself as an architecture capable of operating any software environment. LRMs are so good, in fact, that they have eclipsed robotics, an industry historically uncorrelated with artificial intelligence (beyond movies and comic books). Models can manipulate actuators, motors, and limbs in the same manner that they can manipulate documents, software, and desktops can. They are ready for their bodies. Frontier laboratory are buying and enriching the largest datasets of all time in a race to build that final form factor. There is a gap between said labs and the industries that they strive to revolutionize. Unicorns will proliferate by first collecting datasets, then by deploying robots, and ultimately by orchestrating fleets. The future factory has no lights. It is staffed by robots. It is operated autonomously and continuously. It is optimized to an excruciating level of detail. Superintelligence orchestrates it using a single observability protocol that contextualizes both data and hardware, irrespective of modality or form. In an Industrial Revolution, the most valuable relationship is the one between the frontier and the commonwealth. Bridging the gap between technology and adoption cemented titans in telecommunications, automobiles, logistics, and the internet. The story of the 21st century will be that of the rise of intelligent machines. This is why we discovered software. This is why we invented networks. This is why we understood data. This will be the century that humanity discovered intelligence and gradually taught it to think, see, hear, touch, and act. AGI is here. It just needs context. We simply cannot go further We are at an impasse We must collect data We must deploy robots We must automate industry We must proliferate intelligent machines For it will optimize our economies It will solve our sciences We will discover that which we don’t understand about humanity and the universe we occupy This is our next step Without ai we simply cannot go further
