Today, I’d like to share a recipe for "Gomoku Kinpira" (mixed-ingredient sautéed vegetables). It’s a hearty, ingredient-packed dish that is incredibly easy to make—simply chop and sauté! It’s also great for bento boxes and meal prepping, so I hope you give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【材料】（3〜4人分） ・ごぼう 80g ・にんじん 50g ・れんこん 100g ・いんげん 3本 ・ちくわ 2本 ・唐辛子 適量 ・醤油 大さじ1 ・みりん 大さじ1 ・酒 大さじ1 ・砂糖 大さじ1/2 ・ごま油 大さじ1/2｜小さじ1 ・いりごま 大さじ1/2 【作り方】 1.ごぼうの皮をこそぎ取り、細切りにして水に5〜10分浸す。 2.れんこんの皮を剥き半月切りにして水に浸す。 3.にんじんの皮を剥き細切りにし、いんげんとちくわは斜めの薄切りにする。 4.ごぼうとれんこんの水を切り水分を拭き取る。 5.フライパンにごま油大さじ1/2をひき、ごぼう・れんこん・にんじんを炒める。 6.しんなりしたら、酒・みりん・砂糖・ちくわを加え炒める。 7.いんげん・いりごま・唐辛子を加え混ぜ、醤油とごま油小さじ1を加えサッと炒めて完成。 【ingredients】 ・80g Burdock root ・50g Carrot ・100g Lotus root ・3 Green beans ・2 Chikuwa ・Chili pepper ・1 tbsp Soy sauce ・1 tbsp Mirin ・1 tbsp Sake ・1/2 tbsp Sugar ・1/2 tbsp｜1 tsp Sesame oil ・1/2 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds 【Instructions】 1. Scrape the skin off the burdock root, cut it into thin strips, and soak in water for 5–10 minutes. 2. Peel the lotus root, cut it into half-moon slices, and soak in water. 3. Peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips; thinly slice the green beans and *chikuwa* (fish cake) on the diagonal. 4. Drain the burdock root and lotus root, and pat them dry. 5. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the burdock root, lotus root, and carrot. 6. Once the vegetables soften, add the sake, mirin, sugar, and *chikuwa*, and sauté. 7.
