It’s been incredible seeing the feedback over the years. I truly appreciate every one of you who has watched and supported this film. 💡 Behind the Scenes: How I Created Gamerz Back in high school, I joked with a friend about doing a speedrun of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. That inspired the idea of a boy and girl having a competitive gaming session so intense that, when they finally finish, she kisses him out of excitement. That concept became the heart of Gamerz — a buildup to that one emotional moment. The first frame I drew was actually the thumbnail. I wasn’t planning to make a full short film — I just wanted to draw a fun scene inspired by anime. I was experimenting with two Adobe Flash features ("Smoothen" and "Graphics") and stumbled upon a “boiling line” effect I really liked. One shot led to another... and before I knew it, I had animated the entire short in just a month. Funny enough, I wasn’t planning to release Gamerz until I was a more skilled animator — but by creating it early, it made me better. More importantly, it proved that people do connect with my ideas. Thank you for being part of this journey — and to all you amazing YowLife fans: you're the reason this film found its audience. — Kryssen. P.S. The sequel is on the way. 😉
