I cannot believe this is happening, there's a very special Ferrari joining the Shmeemobiles! I'm in Maranello to pull back the covers and reveal a future addition to my collection, my first Special Series model from Ferrari. The car is on order, and we're running through some spec options! My garage is housing a quickly growing Ferrari collection that currently includes the SF90 Stradale, 296 GTS and Purosangue, with a Roma Spider inbound soon, plus who knows what else further beyond... However, today it is time to share with you what will easily be the pinnacle Ferrari I could imagine owning, something I cannot believe that I am going to be lucky enough to spec, and ultimately become the custodian of in my fleet. The day begins from the same place where I first drove an SF90 Stradale at Pista di Fiorano, a day that turned out to be pivotal in the direction of my future cars, including the collection day of my own SF90 Stradale from the same spot a year later. Today though, we're heading over to the historic factory entrance for the visit to Centro Stile to pull the covers back on the new car in question and then to start exploring options for the specification. ----- SPOILER ALERT ----- I am absolutely delighted to announce that I have been selected for an allocation of the Ferrari SF90 XX Stradale! Limited to only 799 cars, alongside the 599 SF90 XX Spiders, this starts the first journey for me with a limited series Ferrari model. Following in great footsteps like the Speciale, Pista, TDF, Competizione and more, the first road-legal XX car has blown me away from the very start. After 9,000 miles already in my SF90 Stradale, and as a person who loves track focused supercars that are still maintaining the philosophy of being suitable for the road, since the moment I had word that this was coming I've been obsessed, and receiving the phone call that I was going to be lucky enough to purchase one, was naturally an incredibly exciting day. I cannot wait for the future of the Ferrari side of my garage, it is a very exciting time, and it's a huge thank you to Sam and the team at HR Owen Ferrari, plus those at Ferrari UK and Italy that make these opportunities possible.
