Yummy and irresistible Peanut chutney is ready to be served with some hot idlies or dosas by the side. Peanut/ Groundnut chutney is one of the favorites for so many people. So here's an easy and simple peanut chutney recipe which can be made with peanuts and onions instead of coconut. The advantage in this recipe is that you can store it in the refrigerator and eat the chutney whenever you want for 2-3 days because we are not using coconut and it doesn't go bad easily. This is very similar to peanut butter but with all the Indian Spices and condiments. Another tip for you guys is - never grind your chutney too smooth, it should be a bit coarse. Only then can you enjoy the texture. So try this recipe and enjoy it with your favorite tiffins.
