✨ The Pakode You’ll Keep Coming Back To: Crispy Moong Dal Pakode (2 Ways)! 🌧️☕ Nothing beats the comfort of hot, crispy pakode — especially when they’re light, flavourful, and made with moong dal. These Moong Dal Pakode are crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with spices that make every bite irresistible 😍 Made with soaked moong dal, fresh ginger, green chilli, curry leaves, and a fragrant spice blend, these pakode are perfect for chai-time, rainy evenings, or whenever you’re craving something homemade and comforting. You can enjoy them two ways — classic plain or with spinach for that extra bite and colour. 👨‍🍳 Pro Tips from this Video:✅ Grind the dal coarse — not smooth — for the best texture.✅ Don’t overdo the water; the batter should be thick and airy.✅ A pinch of baking soda / Eno right before frying keeps the pakode light and fluffy.✅ Fry on medium heat so they cook through and turn perfectly crisp. Serve them hot with green chutney or ketchup and enjoy them straight off the kadhai!
