"Ada indikasi praktik tidak sehat di bursa kita. Saham-saham dengan free float terbatas tapi nilai Price to Earnings Ratio (PER)-nya melonjak gila-gilaan dan tidak masuk akal. Ini yang dipersoalkan oleh MSCI dan investor global," tegas Hashim. Hashim memaparkan bahwa jika MSCI melakukan downgrade, aliran modal asing akan keluar secara masif dari pasar modal Indonesia.
