So before we begin the psychic healing techniques what I want you to do is make sure that you're sitting in a room where you're undisturbed have your feet flat on the ground and your hands palms up and I'm going to work with a lot of psychic healing powers and using a lot of psychic healing abilities with these techniques to help to cleanse your aura and clean your aura I've been feeling like a lot of people have been struggling emotionally lately so when this is over you're going to feel a lot more relaxed more calm less fearful less paranoia it's going to I hopefully be very helpful for you so let's begin so as you're sitting there with your feet flat and your hands palms up I'm going to place my hands now I'm going to rub them together first and what I'm going to do this is going to stimulate the energy in my palm chakras and I'm going to place my hands here now what I'm doing is I'm sending some psychic healing energy towards you I'm going to place this around your aura now what I'm doing this the best thing to do is to stare in my eyes or stare into the center of my forehead okay I'm going to move this energy here now I'm going to do a little bit of cleaning so go here and try to remove any energy I'm trying to expand. What I'm doing here is cleaning out what I'm doing I'm cleaning out the energy the negative energy in your aura I'm removing it and I'm doing what's called a sweep or sweeping away any negative energy and if you start feeling any heat or warmth anywhere in your body coolness or tingling that's natural okay okay I'm going to place this around your aura here place them on the sides now what I'm doing at this point is I'm sealing me or I know you can't see my hands right now but I'm sealing it okay I'm going to send some different colors to your aura this is called color breathing now when I'm doing psychic healing and cleaning someone's or it's very important to put color back in so I'm going to add in some blue now I'm going to send some violet now some green now some white if you notice any sensations that you feel when I mentioning any of those colors that would be that your aura is lacking in those colors so I'm just perfect okay.
