La TEORIA DE LA INDEFENSION APRENDIDA de MARTIN SELIGMAN es una teoría psicológica que intenta dar una explicación de por qué nos comportamos de cierta manera cuando estamos deprimidos. ¿Qué es la indefensión aprendida? ¿Qué experimento hizo Seligman? Eso lo verás en el vídeo: es algo que se aprende pero también se puede desaprender, aunque sea difícil. En esta teoría se mezclan componentes conductuales, aprendidos por medio de condicionamiento clásico condicionamiento instrumental y componentes cognitivos, como expectativas, creencias o atribuciones, que son fundamentales para entender ciertos comportamientos pasivos y resignados debidos, quizá, a la indefensión aprendida.
