IMPORTANT: I messed up the diagram 😅. On the first transistor the Base and Collector should be swapped, and the Collector and Emitter should be swapped on the second transistor. This component is a 946 Diode-Transistor micrologic device from Fairchild Semiconductor. The 946 is a Quad 2-input NAND gate. I found the datasheet for this part along with others in the series, and it contains a schematic that is helpful in tracing out the elements on the silicon chip.
