Hello everyone, My name is Sujan Mistri, and most of you know me as Gyan Gaming. I have been associated with Free Fire for many years, and this game has been a very important part of my journey and my career. I still love Free Fire, and I have always supported the game and its community. But today, I want to speak openly about an issue that has been bothering me for a long time — the way some of the Indian moderators have treated me and several other creators and players. There have been multiple incidents where I felt that the treatment I received was unfair and inconsistent. One Of My friend , Gaming Subrata was scammed by the Free Fire Indian Moderators , they took his one Year Payment and did not give the money to him .At one point, I was not paid my dues for almost a year. During that period, I also had an accident. Later, I finally received the pending payment, and I was told that once I recovered and returned to work, I would receive additional support and opportunities. However, after I returned home, I was suddenly told that because I was not working at that time, I would only receive half of my salary. I eventually stepped away from the situation because I felt the treatment was not fair. There is another important point I want to admit openly. I made a mistake once in my entire career by using a hack. I accept that completely. It was wrong, and I am not trying to justify it. I take responsibility for that mistake. But what I don’t understand is the inconsistency in how these rules are applied. I have invested heavily in Free Fire and its ecosystem. I have organised bootcamps, supported tournaments, invested money, and contributed to the community for years. When a tournament was held in Gujarat where two teams were playing, I went there and even asked whether I could get a pass. I was told that there were no passes available. I am someone who has been associated with Free Fire for around seven years and has millions of followers. So naturally, I felt hurt that there was apparently no place for me at an event connected to a game that I had supported for so long. At that time, I was also never clearly informed about a rule stating that if someone had ever used a hack, they would be completely restricted from tournaments and that their team would eventually face such consequences. Then, four or five months after my team had already participated in tournaments, my team was suddenly banned from participating, and we were told that the Gyan Gaming name could not even be used. I can accept strict rules. I can accept punishment for my own mistake. What I cannot understand is why the rules appear to be applied differently to different people. One of my friends, who had never used hacks in the game, was also banned. From what I was told, he was subjected to pressure and intimidation by certain people connected with the moderation system. At the same time, there are creators and players who have allegedly used hacks multiple times and are still active, making videos and participating in the community. This is the main issue I want to raise. I am not asking for anyone to be unfairly removed. I am asking for the system to be fair, transparent and accountable. If there is a rule, apply the same rule to everyone. If I made a mistake, I should face the consequences. But the same standard should apply to everyone else as well. I have spent years building my career around Free Fire. I have invested my time, money and effort into the game and its community. Despite everything, I still respect the game and the players. My problem is not with Free Fire itself. My concern is with the way certain moderators have handled these situations. I genuinely believe that the Indian moderation system needs to be reviewed and improved. There should be transparency, proper communication, clearly written rules, and equal treatment for every creator, player and team — regardless of their popularity or influence. I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for fair treatment.
