Do you remember this in the amazing digital circus? One mystery that’s been looming in the fandom is what happened to the missing 4 humans. Let me explain. So as the show went on we found out what happened to all the owners of the occupied doors in the bedroom area, with most of them being part of the original group of c&a staff. We never found out the names or saw the full designs for 4 of them, being the blue bird, the green bird, the cyclops and the yellow clown. Bizarrely they don’t show up in the mural of all the abstracted humans. They seem to have been forgotten, both by the characters and glitch themselves. A month ago ribbit’s voice actor skye redden named these characters but later came out that she was messing around, they weren’t official names. Well i have an answer, they were cut quite early into the story. The first bit of evidence comes from a discord exchange where a fan asks Ali, the artist who designed all the characters on the doors what the green bird is called. Ali says she’s called grinchilda, but that she was never given a full design. After episode 8 Ali posted concept art and names for all of the c&a humans, but again the 4 humans are missing, meaning they never got full designs. If we look at their designs it makes sense why they were cut, their quirks were already used by other characters. The two birds were clearly a pair, which was too similar to kinger and queenie. The yellow clown is too similar to kaufmo, and the cyclops has no mouth, like zooble and kinger. Lastly they were also just cut due to time constraints. There just wasn’t enough time to flesh out all these extra characters. Scratch and his co workers for example didn’t even speak. Their names were also revealed on twitter like i said, if there were more episodes then they obviously would’ve given these characters a proper backstory. So what do you think?
