Facts of the case : On 12.05.2021 at 22:30 hrs received a petition from Sri. Addanki Srinivas, S/o: A Subba Raidu, Age: 45 years, caste kummari, Occ: Mestri, R/o: Flat No: 601, Subhanjali Apartments, Telephone colony, Kothapet, Hyderabad # 8977000253. In which he stated that stated On 10.05.2021 his maternal uncle Amudhalapali Ramurthi, S/o: Jwalapathi, age: 61 years, Occ: Building contractor, r/o KP HB Colony left from the house along with Srinivas reddy by saying he was going to Kushaiguda area to meet one Srikanth @ Antony and did not went to his home and his whereabouts are not known. Accordingly case was registered under Man Missing. While the investigation was in progress on 13.05.2021, the missing person was found dead in the water of Annaram Cheruvu, Nagaram of Keesaa PS limits with injuries. Accordingly the dead body shifted to Osmania General Hospital and after conducting PME the dead body handed over to their relatives. The accused persons were apprehended and presently they were in custody. 2. Motive of Crime: The accused person Anthony Moses Lawrence @ Srikanth himself introduced to the innocent public as he has Black Magic Power and he will extract the hidden treasures. If any one approach him, he used to take the photos and videos of conversation and he will start blackmailing them to give money for not explore their conversation to others. In this case the accused hatched plan to grab the amount from the deceased Rammurth, duly interacted with the deceased through the accused Srinivas reddy, who is the friend of the deceased and offered to extract the hidden treasury from the deceased land at prakasham district and mesmerised him as he will do the black magic, accordingly the accused sent outside of his family from the home and procured the accused A4 to A5 at his home, when the deceased came to the accused home along with A2 Srinivas reddy meantime the accused A1 told as his family members were hospitalized due to accept of the deceased work with an effect of Devils/Kalabhairava effect and he went on debits, in which he demanded for pay the amount Rs. 30 lakhs to recover his family and started to beat him and finally eliminated the deceased with an help of A2 to A6. 5. Accused person’s past history: In the year 2005 the accused person Anthony Moses Lawrence @ Srikanth was involved in total (6) cases of Snatching cases.
