The property quality to price is unmatched. Where else can you get a 2-bed city-view infinity pool for less than $150 a week? 4. *Super Apps* Grab destroys Uber. It’s accessible and easy to use. It’s got everything from e-wallets, food & grocery delivery, phone top-up to ride shares. 5. *FOOD* Nothing needs to be said. Malaysian food has massive range, and it’s damn amazing. 6. *Culture* People are accepted for their unique culture and way of life. I’m a minority here and it’s been the best learning experience for me. 7. *Diversity* The people are diverse and so are the landscapes. Malaysia has everything from massive cities, to farmland, jungles and beautiful beaches. 8. *Safety* It’s safer than you think. Malaysia was the 10th most peaceful country this year, and I can see why. Don’t judge it before you experience it. 9. *Location* It’s central to SEA. This makes it a great hub to travel the world from and experience the best of Asia. Low cost airlines are abundant and pretty good. 10. *Transport* It’s so easy to get around.
