Take Me To The Clouds Above is a mash-up of two 1980s classics: it samples the guitar and bassline of U2's 1987 anthem With or Without You — which is why the single is credited to "LMC vs U2" — and interpolates the opening lines of Whitney Houston's 1986 hit How Will I Know, all topped with a soaring new vocal from Rachel McFarlane. Released on 26 January 2004 through All Around The World, the track debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart on 7 February 2004 and held the top spot for two weeks, spending 15 weeks on the chart in total and selling around 300,000 copies. Because of the U2 sample it counted as U2's fifth UK number one — a chart-topper the band earned without lifting a finger.
