Sunan Abu Dawud, vol. 2, no. 227, p.727-728 Mohammed led a surprise attack on the Banu al-Mustaliq tribe while they were inattentive and their cattle were drinking water. Sahih Muslim 1730a https://sunnah.com/muslim:1730a Ibn 'Aun reported: I wrote to Nafi' inquiring from him whether it was necessary to extend (to the disbelievers) an invitation to accept (Islam) before meeting them in fight. He wrote (in reply) to me that it was necessary in the early days of Islam. The Messenger of Allah (๏ทบ) made a raid upon Banu Mustaliq while they were unaware and their cattle were having a drink at the water. He killed those who fought and imprisoned others. On that very day, he captured Juwairiya bint al-Harith. Nafi' said that this tradition was related to him by Abdullah b. Umar who (himself) was among the raiding troops. 7. Sahih al-Bukhari 4750 https://sunnah.com/bukhari:4750 Prophet Muhammad asked Barira: โ€œO Barira! Did you ever see anything which might have aroused your suspicion? (as regards โ€˜Aisha)." 8. Taikh Ibn Kathir, vol 4, page 185, Sirah Nabawiyah by Ibn Hisham, Ghzwa Banu Mustaliq, Sirat Rasul Allah by Ibn Ishaq, pg. 496 Ali said that โ€œWomen are plentiful, and you can easily change one for another. Ask the slave girl; she will tell you the truth.โ€ So the Apostle called Barira to ask her and Ali got up and gave her a violent beating, saying, โ€˜Tell the Apostle the truth.โ€™โ€ ( Sirat Rasul Allah by Ibn Ishaq, pg. 496 https://shorten.ly/ctjeE ) 9. Sahih al-Bukhari 4141 https://sunnah.com/bukhari:4141 Prophet Muhammad asked Muslims to kill `Abdullah bin Ubai (bin Salul): 'O you Muslims! Who will relieve me from that man who has hurt me with his evil statement about my family? This caused the Muslims to turn on each other and threaten to kill one another. 10. https://hadithweb.com/bayhaqi:17131 Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 17131 Aisha narrates that when Allah revealed my innocence in the incident of Ifk, Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that the prescribed punishment for slander be carried out on two men and one woman. Those who were punished were: Abdullah bin Ubayy, Mistah bin Uthatha, Hassan bin Thabit and Hamnah bint Jahsh (sister of Zainab bint Jahsh). They had accused Aisha of adultery with Safwan bin Mu'attal. The stated reason for the attack on Banu al-Mustaliq appears to have been the acquisition of property, women, and land, which reflects a recurring pattern in early Islamic military campaigns. According to the sฤซra literature, a spy allegedly reported to the Prophet that the people of Banu al-Mustaliq were planning to attack him. However, this claim is questionable, as there was no evidence that the tribe had made any military preparations when the Muslim forces arrived. Furthermore, Muhammad is reported to have acknowledged that his livelihood depended on war booty. Without engaging in military campaigns against non-believers, he would have lacked a means of sustenance. Hadith Sahih Bukhari, vol. IV, chapter 88, page 108 ( t.ly/3zXKb ) Narrated Ibn Umar that the Prophet said, โ€œ๐—จ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—บ๐˜† ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜€ ๐—ณ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—บ ๐—ช๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐—•๐—ผ๐—ผ๐˜๐˜†, and he who disobeys my orders will be humiliated by paying Jizya.
