From the day we found out we were pregnant to the moment the doctor asked me to give the final push, he was my biggest strength. He stood by me through everything and made this journey so beautiful. From not knowing what ovulation means to learning about dilation, he learned everything, not just to make me feel strong, but to be a part of this phase himself. He learned what made me happy during pregnancy, and now he's learning how to swaddle our baby perfectly. We didn't just grow a baby inside the womb, we also grew from partners into parents. And then comes my family, who played the biggest role in this journey. They never let me do anything that could trouble me or the baby. We only trusted our doctor at first. But with every visit, all that nervousness slowly disappeared. Every appointment gave us confidence that both me and my baby were in safe hands. Even during labor, with all the chaos around me, I felt safe and calm because every visit before that had already assured me that nothing would go wrong as long as I was under their care. The only familiar face there was Dr. Vinatha Puli mam, but not once did any doctor, nurse, or staff member make me feel uncomfortable or insecure. Even after delivery, we had so many doubts running through our minds as new parents. But the beautiful thing is, we never even had to ask most of them. The doctors and staff were always there, guiding us, explaining things, and helping us before we even asked. There were so many moments when we looked at each other and thought, "Thank God we chose this hospital." If I have to explain how good the care was, I would say this — on discharge day, I was actually scared to leave the hospital. Not because of my health, but because I kept wondering how we would manage everything on our own at home. At the hospital, everything was taken care of so beautifully. They guided us, taught us, and gave us confidence. So, thank you Cloudnine. Not just for taking care of us, but for giving us the confidence and strength to handle this new phase of life. We searched for which hospital Dr. Vinatha Puli mam was working at. We chose Cloudnine without a second thought because she was there. The reason is simple. Around 12 years ago, when my pinni was pregnant with Minnu, she faced a few complications. After already going through one miscarriage, every doctor she met told her the baby might not survive and that it was time to abort. As a last option, she visited Vinatha mam. Mam simply told her it wasn't a major concern and handled it with a small procedure. What felt like the end of the world for our family suddenly became a moment of relief and hope. That day, our family placed its trust in her. And when I got pregnant, there was never anyone else in my mind. From the day she smiled and said "Congratulations" to the day she looked at me and said, "Niharika, one last push, you can do it... congratulations, it's a baby girl," she gave me strength every step of the way.
