It’s a simple way to enjoy the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes, so please give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【材料】（3人分） ［かき揚げ］ ・さつまいも 300g ・薄力粉 大さじ2｜大さじ3 ・片栗粉 大さじ1 ・水 50ml ・マヨネーズ 小さじ1 ・揚げ油 適量 ［たれ］ ・醤油 大さじ1 ・みりん 大さじ1 ・砂糖 大さじ1/2 ・水 大さじ1 ・酢 小さじ1/2 【作り方】 1.さつまいもを細切りにし、水に5分浸す。 2.たれを作る。醤油、みりん、水、砂糖を混ぜ、レンジ600wで1分加熱し酢を加え混ぜる。 3.さつまいもの水を切り水分を拭き取り、薄力粉大さじ2をまぶす。 4.薄力粉、水、片栗粉、マヨネーズを混ぜ、さつまいもに絡める。 5.160〜170度の油で3〜4分ほど揚げて完成。 【ingredients】 ・300g Sweet potato ・2 tbsp｜3 tbsp Cake flour ・1 tbsp Potato starch ・50ml Water ・1 tsp Mayonnaise ・Frying oil ・1 tbsp Soy sauce ・1 tbsp Mirin ・1/2 tbsp Sugar ・1 tbsp Water ・1/2 tsp Vinegar 【Instructions】 1. Cut the sweet potato into thin strips and soak in water for 5 minutes. 2. Make the sauce: Mix soy sauce, mirin, water, and sugar; heat in the microwave (600W) for 1 minute, then stir in the vinegar. 3. Drain the sweet potato, pat dry, and coat with 2 tablespoons of cake flour. 4. Mix cake flour, water, potato starch, and mayonnaise, then coat the sweet potato with the mixture. 5.
