It’s also great for bento boxes, meal prep, or freezing, so I hope you’ll give it a try! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【材料】（4〜5人分） ・お米 2合 ・生姜 150g ・豚ひき肉 100g ・大葉 3枚 ・いりごま 大さじ1 ・醤油 大さじ3 ・みりん 大さじ3 ・酒 大さじ2 ・砂糖 大さじ1 ・だしの素 小さじ1/2 ・ごま油 小さじ1 【作り方】 1. お米を研いで釜に入れ、水を2合の目盛りより少し下まで加えて通常炊飯する。 2. 大葉と生姜を千切りにし、生姜は1分湯通しして水気を切る。 3. フライパンにごま油をひき、豚肉と生姜を炒める。 4. 酒、みりん、砂糖を加えて30秒ほど煮たら、醤油、だしの素を加え、5分ほど煮詰める。 5. 炊き上がったご飯といりごまを加えてよく混ぜ、最後に大葉をサッと混ぜて完成。 【ingredients】 ・2 cups Rice ・150g Ginger ・100g Ground pork ・3 Shiso leaves ・1 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds ・3 tbsp Soy sauce ・3 tbsp Mirin ・2 tbsp Sake ・1 tbsp Sugar ・1/2 tsp Dashi powder ・1 tsp Sesame oil 【Instructions】 1. Rinse the rice, place it in the rice cooker, add water up to just below the "2-cup" mark, and cook using the standard setting. 2. Julienne the shiso leaves and ginger; blanch the ginger in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain well. 3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté the pork and ginger. 4. Add the sake, mirin, and sugar, and cook for about 30 seconds; then add the soy sauce and dashi stock granules, and simmer for about 5 minutes until the liquid reduces. 5.
