曲迦仁波切于1985年出生在尼泊尔。五岁时,他进入十六世大宝法王噶玛巴创建的隆德寺开始了僧侣生涯。 2000年,仁波切到地卡瓦佛学院继续学习， 以优异的成绩毕业并获得佛教哲学堪布学位。 2010年至2013年间,仁波切到达西藏的冈仁波齐峰,与那里的冥想大师和瑜伽行者一起冥想，并交流分享知识以及经验。 此后，仁波切广泛游历了20多个国家，学习不同的宗教，还专门到苏黎世的荣格心理学院和哈佛大学的心理学专业深造，积极研究用宗教与科学相结合的方法来帮助现代人突破心理困境。仁波切还与美国麻省大学医学院的科学家合作，借助科学仪器探索禅修、心咒对知觉，情绪及身体气脉的影响。 仁波切先后受邀在多个国家教授禅修，佛教哲学与现代心理学。2015年，仁波…
