《我只是個愛運動的素人》 我只是個愛運動的素人,因為跑步受傷的經歷,所以開始學習研究超慢跑的原理,也開始推廣給周圍的朋友們幫助大家一起動起來。我在開始跑步的1-2年間,經歷過2次較嚴重的受傷。也因爲這樣我才開始學習認識自己的身體、學習如何安全的跑步。當時我想知道要如何跑?可以省力、不受傷、又達到運動效果與健康的目的。 《每個人都有自己的速度》 2016年,當我開始認識超慢跑後 ,我知道這一個完全符合不受傷條件的運動;我更開始體會到,追求速度,原來就不是我開始運動的初衷與目的,一味的比較與爭競是造成我身體受傷、抗議的主要原因,跑的也變得不愉快,我開始體會到『每個人都有自己的速度』隨的年齡的改變 你與我的速度是不一樣的。我學會了放慢腳步…
