蓮心瑜珈教室(台灣.嘉義) 楊惠詔老師專業瑜珈教學資歷已超過24年，已屆初老的楊老師，希望趁自己還有能力時，拍攝出一目了然，簡單易學，讓大家都受益的瑜珈影片，為自己留下紀錄，也將教學經驗分享，為社會貢獻一己之力。 尤其疫情肆虐之際，希望宅在家的人，不只玩手遊一個選項，也可以老少咸宜地一起做瑜珈，提升關節的靈活度並增強抵抗力，維持健康體能。並願以此為契機，讓大家逐步認識身心息三合一古典的瑜珈體位法，在穩固舒適的姿勢上去體會，如何卸下二元對立的觀念，最終走向《瑜珈經》的終極目標~離苦得樂，將是此舉最深切的期盼。
