北京之春荣誉主编胡平: 我觉得这种观点有道理。应该说在中宣部里，确切的说是在习近平那儿，因为在不同时代的中宣部，规矩还不太一样。在习近平眼里，你总理就是干事儿的，总书记才是把握航向的。总书记是掌舵的，你总理就是划桨的。所以，当你李克强讲“要杀出一条血路，长江黄河不能倒流”，说“对外改革开放决不会也绝不能把它关上”这些话，那习近平听了肯定不舒服。他就会觉得这些话是在方向上、路线上和他分庭抗礼。但是因为李克强这些话就是强调邓路线的一些话，就是在重复邓小平那些话，所以你又不能够直接出来否定邓的路线，你不能直接给李克强扣什么帽子去禁止。所以他就只能采取尽量封杀，尽量少报道。当然这也告诉我们，到目前为止，所谓笔杆子宣传部门还是在习近平的掌握之…
