これまでいくつかサンディング用のブロックを作ってきましたが、サンドペーパーを巻き付けて固定する構造では、どうしても使えない部分ができてしまいます。 そこで今回は、サンドペーパーを輪状にし、摩耗した部分をずらしながら全体を無駄なく使える構造を試してみました。 輪を作る際は、接着剤を使って端の研磨材だけをきれいに剥がし、重ねた部分に余計な厚みが出にくいように接着しています。 輪状のサンドペーパーにテンションをかける方法には、バネやカムのような機構もありますが、今回はできるだけ簡単に作れる方法を考え、テーパー状にカットした本体へくさびを差し込む構造を採用しました。 特殊な金具や工具は必要なく、くさびを手で差し込むだけでテンションを…
