【材料】 1人分 牛乳(成分無調整) 500ml 時間 【作り方】 ①デカめのフライパンに牛乳を注ぎ火をつける ②沸騰したら弱火にする。火加減は表面からずっと湯気が出る程度 ③しばらくしたら表面に膜が張ってくるのでゴムベラかなんかで定期的にかき混ぜる。しばらくこれを繰り返す。 ④1時間くらい経つと水分が飛んでねっとりしてくる。煮詰まって焼く前のクッキー生地みたいになったら取り出す。 ⑤ラップに包んで成形し冷蔵庫で一晩置き、切って飛鳥っぽい皿に盛り付けたら完成！ ＊日本最古のスイーツらしいが、詳しい製法がよく分かってないらしい。結構牛乳が焦げて完成品がキモい見た目になってしまったので皆さんは気をつけてください
