某天下雨時，大雄媽媽雙手提滿東西準備出門，卻騰不出手撐傘。於是哆啦A夢拿出祕密道具「透明手」，貼在大雄媽媽背後。這隻看不見的手能像自己的手臂一樣自由操控。大雄媽媽依照指示，真的不用動手就拿起雨傘撐開，讓人驚訝不已。 看到這麼方便的道具，大雄也吵著要用。獲得透明手後，他學著媽媽的方式撐傘出門。不料途中雨停了，大家看到他還撐著傘，紛紛取笑他。 惱羞成怒的大雄決定利用透明手讓大家大吃一驚。他不顧哆啦A夢的勸阻，用透明手把哆啦A夢推開後，開始偷偷跟在胖虎身後。看不見的手到處作怪，也讓周圍接連出現宛如鬧鬼般的神祕現象……！？
