About
毎年10月22日に京都・鞍馬で執り行われる京都三大奇祭のひとつ、「鞍馬の火祭」の様子をライブでお届けいたします。燃え盛る松明を担いだ人々が鞍馬の街を練り歩く、秋の京都を彩る伝統行事。現地から、その熱気と迫力を生中継でお伝えします。 その起源は天慶3（940）年、それまで御所に祀られていた由岐大明神が鞍馬に勧請された時に、村人が地主神である八所明神を神輿に乗せ、無数の松明を持って出迎えたという故事に由来するといわれています。祭りでは由岐神社と、神社に続く鞍馬街道を中心に集落一帯で行われ「サイレヤ、サイリョウ」の勇ましい声と共に、鞍馬の里が燃え上がる松明の炎で埋め尽くされていきます。（由岐神社HPより） 18：00頃 神事触れ、篝火…
