智慧城市，必須落實在人民生活的每一天。 所謂的智慧化，不是把寫在紙張上的東西放在螢幕上就叫智慧化，也不一定要花大錢發展什麼新科技，而是要透過E化，實際解決人民的生活問題。 舉個例子，以前警察巡邏時都要從巡邏箱拿出簽章表手寫，不只麻煩，遇到下雨時，字跡模糊成一片，事後要登錄統計也是麻煩。自從我們推動巡邏箱電子化後，掃一下QRCode，時間、地點、人員全部上網登錄完畢，直接進資料庫，要統計分析都很方便。 還有，以前的魚類批發市場，攤商凌晨兩三點來批貨時，口袋都要塞個二三十萬，麻煩又不安全。我們導入智慧支付後，用一張卡片就可解決，資金不足時，還有信用額度可以運用，節省收、付款的人力成本，也讓交易更有效率。 不只這些，共享交通的實踐…
