宜蘭科學園區一棟辦公大樓，今天103上午在進行外牆清洗作業時，一輛重達45噸的吊車疑似因為重心失衡，整輛車當場「翹孤輪」、接近90度翻覆。意外導致當時正在吊籃內的兩名工人，直接從大約20公尺的高空重摔。其中一名工人左大腿骨折，而另一名工人則是顏面重創，當場失去呼吸心跳，送醫搶救後不治。目前竹科管理局已勒令該工區停工，並啟動勞檢，將嚴厲追究承攬商相關責任。
