新しい波型ルータービットを試してみました。 @microjig の新しいルータービット。 材料の中心を出すジグでビットの高さを合わせ、片面を加工したあと、もう片方をひっくり返して加工すると、波型の接合面を作ることができます。 接着面が増えるだけでなく、加工面同士が噛み合うため、接着時にもずれません。 今回はまず小さなテストピースを作ってみました。今後は水に濡らすなどして耐久性も確かめてみたいと思います。ほかにもいろいろな使い方ができそうで、製作の幅が広がりそうなビットですね。
